In 2012, we established a sheltered workshop and we provide more than 100 protected work positions and offer new and new jobs. We can offer so called facultative compensation to our customers and reduce the penalties given by the law for not employing the statutory number of handicapped citizens. We meet the conditions set by the law § 81 Article. 2, point. b), of the Employment Act nr. 435/2004 and we can provide facultative compensation up to 50 mil. CZK. This also demonstrates that health status does not have to be an obstacle. We are not surprised that a handicapped person can be more helpful in the work process than a "healthy person". WASSA s.r.o. holds ISO certification guaranteeing superb quality and working environment. Specifically, these are the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. These certifications concern all production processes and premises of our company. Regular internal and external audits guarantee continuous maintenance and improvement of quality. These procedures also help us to reach a minimum number of customer complaints. Among our customers are companies like Skoda Auto, TRW, Magna, Pilous, Benteler, Vyrtych a.s., Leoni and Pivovar Svijany. For a long time, weve cooperated with research institute VTS in Liberec. This cooperation is very effective and it is a reliable guarantee of quality for our customers. This applies in particular to the development of new packaging technologies, but also to the innovation of existing technologies. Research Institute gives us a very important data (e.g. simulation of deformation), which allows us to optimize individual packaging solutions. We are aware of the fact, that as a company we bear our share of responsibility for the environment that surrounds us. Therefore, we offer our customers services that are gentle on finance and the environment. We are also members of the Green Dot program.
